Nasir Hussain Khan, a worthy exponent of Agra-Atrauli Gharana is the son of Late Ustad Bande Hussain Khan and grandson of Late Ustad Mehboob Khan (Daras Piya). He had his early training from his father, as well from Late Ustad Anwar Hussain Khan, Ustad Vilayat Hussain Khan and Ustad Faiyaz Khan. Later he had his advanced training from his uncle Late Ata Hussain Khan and his cousin Late Ustad Sharafat Hussain Khan.

Nassir Hussain Khan is an artist of the Calcutta Station of All India Radio. He has given many performances all over the country and has also accompanied Ustad Sharafat Hussain Khan Sahab in National Programmes, Radio Sangeet Sammelans and many other concerts. He follows the traditional Gayaki and has depth and spontaneity in his renderings.
